Bendon Advisory was founded by Emma Bendon, in 2018 in response to regulatory change in the Equity Capital Markets. Emma has 18 years experience in
Investor Relations and Corporate Broking.

Emma started her career in corporate broking at Numis, working on numerous IPOs,secondary equity raises and managing a cross section of companies' interaction with themarket and investors.
Having identified that Boards were lacking truly independent advice, she formed Bendon Lee Partners in 2009 to provide companies with candid institutional investor feedback and independent Investor Relations support.
Following the introduction of MiFID II in January 2018, Emma realised that companies were required to evolve further by taking control of their shareholder engagement. Bendon Advisory seeks to address this challenge by providing an accessible solution for all companies.
